Making A Claim

You will be pleased to know that making a claim is easy and painless! Just follow our 3 simple steps….

Step One

Give us a call on 01565 651758 and talk to a real human being! It would be helpful if you had your policy details to hand! (lost your policy number?)

Step Two

THERE IS NO STEP 2 FOR YOU!!! We do the rest!! We will appoint a claims handler who will deal with the claim on your behalf and arrange for an engineer to call

Step Three

You will be visited by a local Engineer who is an expert in dealing with your appliances. In the event that the claim is deemed beyond economic repair, you will be offered a cash settlement.
